the start of a long weekend... for work and mugging.
today was really exciting... went to toa payoh to watch hcjc play vjc in the a div basketball finals... quite a farce of a game actually... the vj team was absolutely no match for hc... which comprises of mostly ex-ny bballers... haha... the main reason why i went to watch the match too... huijing was spectacular today... overcoming triple team by the vj girls to score point after point... and of course si ting the MVP... and kalai scoring on fast breaks... goodness i can go on and on ranting about how good they were... long time since i watched them play competitive bball... probably the last time... so i'm quite happy that i could catch it... the guys match was hard fought... but the better team of the day won... tj bball is strong...
so close... yet so far... drifting aimlessly like a piece of rotting wood in the vast ocean...
